A CIPD Level 5–qualified HR professional who genuinely likes people and processes (yes, we exist). I’ve worked across healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing - and now live in the consultancy world, helping organisations get the best out of their people without losing their sanity!I’m the kind of person who can talk strategy with leadership, handle the tricky conversations with empathy, and still keep things legally sound.
