I\'m a big picture thinker who enjoys turning strategy into something that can actually be implemented.In my role as Principal Director of Workforce Development at Slipstream, I work with utilities, state energy offices, and industry partners to design workforce and market initiatives that support the transition to clean energy. Much of my work focuses on aligning stakeholder priorities and translating policy goals and market needs into programs that are practical, fundable, and built to scale.A core part of my work is building and managing partnerships—bringing together utilities, state agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to move complex initiatives forward. I’m often working at the intersection of technical, policy, and market considerations, helping teams navigate complexity and stay aligned on outcomes.I approach workforce development through an economic development lens, focusing on building talent pipelines that respond to real labor market demand and support long-term market growth.I’m especially interested in work that connects electrification, utility program strategy, and market development, and in helping organizations move from high-level goals to real implementation.
