We specialize in commercial health plan operations and Medicaid and Medicare program administration. Past roles include:Proxy Program Owner for the initial launch of a proprietary Medicare Part D (PDP) Membership and Billing platform. Directly accountable for program execution related to platform development and transition of Client #1 to the platform. After successful transition of lives to the platform, transitioned role to permanent client staff.Consultant for a healthcare technology company, responsible for analyzing multiple in-house proprietary technology solutions related to Recovery Audit Program (RAC) and Postpayment recovery. Produced a cost-benefit analysis and integration plan to streamline platforms and reduce overhead.Proxy Business Owner for a Membership and Billing system replacement, directly accountable for program execution related to migrating the large regional payer’s commercial Book of Business to the new platform. Facilitated analysis of more than 300 identified gaps, working with the business, IT, and systems integrator to identify workarounds, clarify business requirements, and reduce the number of critical gaps to 24. Developed an ROI analysis and multi-year program strategy, developed the Change Management and User Acceptance Testing approaches.
