About Elle Park

I earned bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources Management (BA) and International Business (BS). I\'m currently pursuing an MBA at Utah Valley University with a concentration in Business Management (anticipated August 2026). I’m passionate about people-centered, cross-cultural work and am building my career toward recruiting, training, and people operations in global organizations. During my studies, I worked as an HR assistant in the BYU–Hawaii HR office, supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee support, and I’ve strengthened my bilingual (Korean/English) communication through roles that collaborate across cultures. Also, I was part of UVU’s Global Student Leadership Council (GSLC)—a campus leadership club in the Office for Global Engagement—where I collaborated with an international cohort to plan intercultural programs and mentor students. That involvement sharpened my global mindset and my ability to align diverse stakeholders. I hope to begin contributing before graduation and am excited to bring my language skills, communication strengths, and hands-on HR experience and international background to a global team.
