I’ve spent the last 10+ years in the marketing industry, fine-tuning my skills in social media and communications, account management, project management, operations, and sales. As the Head of Accounts and Operations at Pinch Social, I am a hands-on operator and drive our 20-person team to carry out social media management and strategic campaigns for all clients across a wide range of sectors. As the first employee, I helped build the company from the ground up by securing anchor clients, developing and implementing processes, recruiting and onboarding team members, managing P&L, and surpassing agency growth goals. I am passionate about working with people and helping businesses solve their problems in a tailored and effective way. I have a proven track record of selling and upselling services, leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving culture, and developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive results and growth. I started my first business as a teen and I bring that ‘Intra’preneurial spirit into every setting.
