At Commonwealth Fusion Systems, I lead and coordinate large projects in superconducting magnet R&D, where we’re making the HTS (high temperature superconducting) cable magnets behind the world\'s first commercial fusion energy plant. The groundbreaking work we’re doing at CFS wouldn’t be possible without the incredible team of people we have tackling it every day, and it’s an honor to be a part of the work. My core competencies include program management, operations engineering, mechanism and mechanical design, systems engineering, and machine shop/metal fabrication. Having worked with some of the world\'s most incredible teams to design, test, build and optimize various components and subsystems for SpaceX\'s Falcon 9, Starship, the Czinger 21C 3D-printed supercar, and robotics projects spanning from surgical to on-orbit, I am now fortunate enough to focus on finding solutions for the global energy crisis with Commonwealth Fusion Systems and the MIT Plasma Science and Fusion Center by leading our superconducting cable magnet R&D program.
