In my role as a Project and Recruitment Manager at Acumen Fieldwork, I have acquired a expertise in all things healthcare related down to health conditions, medical devices and human factors. Working with clients, nurturing strong and long lasting relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time to a high standard. I have acquired communication skills, utilising analytical and problem solving skills to overcome challenges that may arise while offering the best solutions within points of recruitment.My passion for healthcare has been driven through my Psychology-related degrees, while also having experience of working as a support worker in mental health, volunteering in research-related roles to currently project managing within healthcare market research. I have also gained practical experience in research, collecting data as well as analysing results with regards to both quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research, alongside knowledge of SPSS.
