ABOUT ELLE-MORLANG

A commercially driven and creatively minded individual, specialising in Footwear, with buying experience across Menswear and Womenswear over 9+ years. Currently, I am buying 80% of the MW own-brand department at ASOS (formal, boots, and trainers), showcasing my ability to manage high-volume, high-impact categories that are key to the department’s success.(Previous experience includes: seasonal MW / WW formal, boots, trainers, heels, seasonal, slippers) Resilient under pressure, naturally positive, and passionate about product with a strong background in strategising, range building, trading, planning, supplier negotiation, and market analysis, I consistently exceed KPIs and drive growth. I thrive in collaborative environments and have built strong, trusting relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and a shared commitment to delivering results with a solutions-first mindset. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel globally to the Far East and Europe to work directly with our supply base allowing me to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, manage risk and ensure product quality aligns with expected standards. I bring a unique blend of experience in both physical buying and digital merchandising, having led the ASOS Menswear Homepage team, curating product edits for over 5 years, highlighting my ability to capture trends and think cross-category. Outside of my buying role, I run a graphic design and lifestyle business (very much in its infancy), where I channel my creativity into developing original products and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.
