ABOUT ELLE LAURENCELLE
I am a recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago’s Parkinson School of Health Sciences and Public Health, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Bioethics. I am currently a rising second-year student at the University of Michigan, pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Management and Policy. I am passionate about healthcare administration, especially expanding my knowledge in operations, finance, strategy, and clinical quality improvement. My personal passions lie at the intersection of community health and healthcare administration. Driven by a desire to create sustainable improvements in healthcare delivery, I aspire to contribute to healthcare systems by bridging operational efficiency, clinical services, public health, and community engagement to ensure quality and equitable outcomes for all. I am particularly interested in how thoughtful management and strategy can make a real difference in patient care and health outcomes. As an early careerist, I aim to become a leader who designs intuitive and more effective models of care that improve outcomes and increase access, all while prioritizing compassion and authenticity in my leadership style. I am excited to continue learning and developing the skills necessary to tackle the complex challenges healthcare presents, so I can one day contribute to meaningful and lasting change within healthcare delivery.
