ABOUT ELLA ARRANT
Hello hello! My name is Ella Arrant (she/her) and I am happy you\'re here!I am proud to be an undergraduate student and research assistant at Emory University pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology (NBB). I recently graduated from Oxford College of Emory University with my Associate of Arts Degree. At Oxford, I had the opportunity to engage in independent undergraduate research studying neuroendocrinology in zebrafish. It is for this research and my performance in my many NBB courses that I received the 2023 Oxford NBB Award. Please, ask me about my research and passions! I\'ll talk your ear off :) As a rising Emory University junior, I will continue to gain experience in the world of neuroscience, with a particular focus on understanding and contributing to research. I am personally captivated by the processes of lifespan development, learning, and memory consolidation. I am excited to expand my knowledge in this field as I continue this work into graduate school and beyond, hopefully making meaningful contributions toward improving the human condition as a whole.
