About Ella Matule
I am a third-year Management and Real Estate student at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business with hands-on experience in commercial real estate operations and leasing. Previously, I worked as an Operations and Leasing Intern at Cummings Properties, where I analyzed client and property databases to identify high-potential leads, supported CRM tracking, assisted with documentation, and coordinated client communications. This role strengthened my understanding of day-to-day CRE operations and client relationship management.I currently serve on the Executive Board of the Tulane Real Estate Group, where I support the organization’s marketing and outreach efforts, helping to connect students with opportunities in the commercial real estate industry. I have developed strong analytical and interpersonal skills and take a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. I am actively seeking opportunities to continue building experience in commercial real estate and client relationship management.
