Support the Human Resources team in the recruitment of new team members by reviewing new candidate applications and scheduling and/or completing phone interviews with prospective candidates- Monitor candidate progress and follow up as needed to ensure applications are complete and recruitment steps are moving forward in the hiring process- Assist in the onboarding process for new Chileda team members by successfully completing reference checks for new Chileda employees and tracking completion of other pre-employment requirement activities- Attend job fairs and community events on an as-needed basis; as available- Actively participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives, including staff appreciation events, Chileda community or University events, and other activities where HR representation is needed- Assist the HR team by creating new job postings on external-facing job boards (e.g, Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.)- Monitor incoming department faxes and distribute to the correct HR team member.Upload all employee personnel records into the Chileda HRIS system- Provide overall general administrative support to the HR team as needed (filing, data entry, report preparation, etc.)- Draft and deliver employee-related communications- Assist with other projects or tasks in support of the Human Resources Department as assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Director of Human Resources.
