About Ella Kadlic
I graduated from Miami University in May of 2023. During my college experience, I completed a Human Resouces internship at Stericycle (a compliant regulated waste disposal and secure information destruction services company) during the summer of 2022. This role allowed me to expand my knowledge on recruitment and hiring processes, employee relations, HR systems/software, and data analysis. Additionally, I was External Fundraising Chair for Miami University Rowing Club and a brother of Theta Tau Professional Engineering Fraternity. Currently, I work as a Technical Sales Associate with Parker Hannifin\'s Engineered Materials Group. This position is providing me training on the various Parker products to enhance my knowledge, as well as networking that expands my sales skills. After the program, I will utilize the technical skills I have learned as I transition to a Territory Sales Engineer.
