Serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant within Baylor’s Department of Educational Leadership on The Leadership Fellows Initiative: A Research Practicum Focused on Student Perceptions of Leadership and Transformational Pedagogy, a study supported by the Baylor Center for School Leadership (BCSL)- This project examines how undergraduate students define leadership, experience transformational learning, and connect faith and purpose to their personal and academic development- Collaborate with faculty and student researchers to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on leadership and transformation- Assist in survey and interview design, data collection, and thematic analysis- Explore the relationship between leadership formation, transformational pedagogy, and faith-based education- Contribute to advancing scholarship on student development and leadership education at Baylor.
