Works with CEO and senior leadership to ensure initiative design and implementation is current, relevant, and in alignment with agency’s mission and vision. • Develops and/or reviews internal and external communications, drafting company newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches, presentations, etc. • Represents DoGoodery in meeting with current and prospective clients, on relevant committees, commissions, etc. as related to advancing agency mission and priorities. • Serves as liaison between staff, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. • Works with senior leadership and staff to ensure a thriving culture where everyone feels empowered, supported, and provided with the resources needed for success. • Manages early-career and mid-career staff, providing mentorship, professional development, and other support for advancement and growth.
