Ella is an emerging nonprofit leader whose work centers on anti-sexual violence advocacy and includes the intersecting fields of public health, criminal justice reform, and economic justice. Her work spans local and global contexts, from Chicagoland to Dakar, Senegal, to Quito, Ecuador.
