Hello!My name is Ella Weber, and I am a senior at the University of South Carolina. I’m double majoring in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship Management, with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in consumer behavior, market research, and branding strategy. I’m especially passionate about how businesses create authentic connections with their audiences.Beyond the classroom, I’ve been active in extracurriculars that deepened my interest in marketing and helped me build relationships with professionals across the industry.This past summer, I worked at TiER1 Performance as a Marketing Intern, gaining hands-on experience supporting internal marketing initiatives. I contributed to content strategy, brand storytelling, and campaign planning - and loved the collaborative culture and the chance to work on projects that directly impacted visibility and engagement.Previously, I interned with RDI Corporation as a Marketing Intern, collaborating on advertising strategies, market analysis, and social media projects. That role sharpened my ability to interpret data and apply insights to real-world marketing efforts while aligning messaging with brand goals.In Summer 2023, I interned with Winspire Experience Agency, where I strengthened my skills in event management, team communication, and creative problem-solving while helping execute multiple high-impact projects.I’m a driven business student with a strong work ethic and a curiosity for how innovative marketing shapes brand presence.
