ABOUT ELLA BOLADIAN

2025 graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and concentration in Exercise Science. I am excited for what’s next after I graduate. My competitive spirit and passion for healthcare drive me to pursue a career in medical device sales, where I can combine my interpersonal skills, determination, and clinical knowledge to make a meaningful impact. Academic experiences such as completing my senior project comparing gait analysis methods between retail practices and laboratory settings have strengthened my ability to work collaboratively and communicate my findings to both my peers and experienced professionals. Through the project, I gained a strong understanding of human gait by utilizing technology such as Kinovea\'s video analysis software and the Kistler Force Plate. This last year, I have worked to bring the ASI Wellness Program back to Cal Poly students. Within this role, I have shown up consistently, conducted outreach, and planned events that engage all students in cultivating their well-being. Obtained clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Aide at Movement for Life Physical Therapy in San Luis Obispo, CA, where I applied my knowledge from my academic background to assist patients in their rehabilitation process. Serving the Epsilon Omega chapter of Sigma Kappa as Vice President of Academic Excellence (2022), Junior Representative on the Standards Council (2023), and Vice President of Communications and Operations (2024) has allowed me to grow as a leader and make change in an organization very close to my heart. I have learned that putting in the extra work is truly worth it.
