The Director of Crease Creatures (Men’s and Women’s Hockey) serves as a voting member of the AreaRED Executive Board, working closely with the board and UW Athletics to enhance campus support, increase student attendance, and create an elite game-day atmosphere for Men’s and Women’s Hockey. This role involves leading the Crease Creatures Committee, coordinating game-day setup for both Men’s and Women’s Hockey, assisting with student promotions, executing traditions and chants, and organizing non-game events to engage fans and promote both programs. The director also collaborates with UW Athletics marketing staff to implement sport-specific initiatives and works with the AreaRED President to coordinate potential road trips for away or postseason games.
