Since 2016 I have been working part-time as a Level 1 Gymnastics Coach at Rickmansworth Gymnastics Club and local school clubs, working with children aged 2-16 years. I plan and deliver fun, safe, and inclusive sessions that build strength, flexibility, and coordination while encouraging confidence and teamwork. I’m DBS-checked and first aid trained, and I take pride in creating a positive environment where every child can progress at their own pace. Over the years I’ve also helped prepare young gymnasts for competitions, supported parents with feedback on their child’s development and worked closely with other coaches to keep classes running smoothly.
