As an HR Assistant at Quartzelec, I support the business across recruitment, training, and HR administration. I also oversee supplier agreements, report on recruitment activity, and administer the employee referral scheme. Alongside this, I coordinate training by maintaining the training database, booking sessions, liaising with providers, and ensuring delegates have a seamless experience from invitation to evaluation. My role also involves supporting wider HR activities including organising company events, managing staff communications, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with ad hoc projects to drive engagement and efficiency across the business.
