ABOUT ELLA MAHONEY
I joined Savills South East Development team in 2017 on the graduate scheme. I have since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2020 and then moved to the residential valuation team based in London in February 2022.My main role includes Red Book Valuation advice for Development sites and Residential properties for both institutional lenders and private individuals across London and parts of the South East. I also have provided advice for marketing and disposal strategies and was involved in the disposal of development land.
