I collaborate with clients and campus partners to plan and execute a wide range of events, from initial concept to day-of operations. Working across two premier venues (IU Auditorium and Presidents Hall), I help bring receptions, ceremonies, lectures, symposiums, and community events to life, supporting both university departments and external organizations.My role includes creating event layouts, coordinating timelines, and managing post-event billing. I serve as the primary point of contact for clients both leading up to and during their events, communicating over email and virtual and in-person meetings to ensure every detail is accounted for. I also work closely with colleagues across departments to coordinate logistics and provide a seamless experience for all involved. Balancing multiple events each week, I rely on strong organization, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving, which are foundational skills in arts and cultural programming.
