At MCC, I take on a variety of roles to help the organization adapt and plan for the future. I helped oversee and organize the 2023 Midwest Climate Summit, a conference of 300+ professionals working in sustainability, agriculture, climate science, education, policy, and more. Currently helping plan the 2025 summit. I created a platform to track federal climate grants applicable to organizations, businesses, and people in the Midwest. I advertise the organization and aided with publicity. In this role, I have gained skills in public speaking and communication, environmental education, grant writing, and sustainability research.
