As a Stock Plan Relationship Manager with E*Trade, I help manage client\'s equity compensation accounts for Morgan Stanley\'s corporate clients. Daily, I assist with inbound phone calls and emails, serving as a strategic point of contact for stock plan education, structure, and management. I have also been cross trained to manage Morgan Stanley\'s stock plan accounts, giving me the opportunity to help onboard employees of new major corporate clients, including Amazon, Cisco Systems, and Alphabet.Part of my role includes discovering client needs. I actively engage with clients to learn more about their investment goals and outside assets to see if they qualify to work with the Morgan Stanley Virtual Advisor program. I meet weekly referral goals for this program and have helped bring in about $4.5 million in new assets for the Firm in 2025.
