Former Child Actress … Charisma, Confidence and Communication Coach | Speaker | Social impact Activist I work with high-performing individuals and organisations to elevate confidence, communication and presence, especially in high-pressure environments where perception shapes opportunity.My approach brings together my 13 years of professional experience. Brings together Knowledge in neuroscience, behavioural change and leadership principles with what I learned working in television and film from a young age, including Coronation Street, ITV, Sky One and CITV.Through The Gracia Group, I deliver bespoke coaching, consulting and keynote talks across corporate, sport and social impact spaces.I started building in the space of purpose-led entrpernership early.
