About Ella Gach

Ella Gach recently worked in Branding Strategy for Extern under Beats By Dre. As an extern, she conducted consumer trends research, focusing on the audio industry and GenZ behaviors, identifying key driving factors. The project we worked on, “Feel the Beat,” allowed her to execute end-to-end consumer research, from scoping data analysis to participant engagements.As an extern, she developed and strengthened her interpersonal skills and public speaking prowess, effectively presenting findings to live remote audiences. This prepared her perfectly for her internship at the Los Angeles Superior Court. As a judicial intern, she was able to attend and participate in judicial conferences and meetings on discussion of legal issues and case strategies. To gauge deeper into the courtroom experience, she also observed various courtroom proceedings, including but not limited to trials, hearings, and motion arguments. Through direct experience, Ella was able to gain greater knowledge and insights about the Criminal Justice system, which she was able to implement through her leadership and volunteer experience. She is a member and individual who serves on the placement committee in the Ignatians Service Organization at Loyola Marymount University. Here, she can volunteer at over seven off-campus placements that promote the values of social justice, human rights, and restorative practices. As Ella is at the beginning of her career in the legal world, she seeks new ways to broaden the areas of knowledge she maintains. Currently, she is a mentee in the L.A. Rams and LMU Mentorship program, where she is leveraging her curiosity and prior knowledge to further understand and navigate her future. Along with her work as an extern and intern, Ella is a full-time student on her college campus and works in the student housing department as a Front Office Student Assistant. Ella is a Bachelor of Arts candidate in Psychology with a minor in Public Relations and Peace and Justice Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
