About Ella Foshay-Rothfeld

With nearly 20 years of work experience in education, sales, and customer success, I am a passionate and driven Director of Customer Success Operations at brightwheel, the leading software platform for early education. At brightwheel, I leverage my skills in management and problem solving to oversee the operations and strategy of the Customer Success department, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption, retention, satisfaction, and loyalty, as well as to identify and implement process improvements and best practices. Previously, I was a Senior Manager and a Manager of Customer Onboarding at brightwheel, where I led the onboarding and training of new customers, as well as the development and execution of customer success initiatives. Before brighthweel, I worked with and at earlier stage tech startups and education nonprofits, helping them achieve their missions. I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Columbia University. I am motivated by brightwheel\'s mission to transform early education and make a positive difference in the lives of children, families, and educators. I am also committed to bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as learning and growing from others.
