   Chptr\'s internship program offers students the chance to work on projects related to communication, hospitality and event planning, client relationships, business development and internal operations which gives the opportunity to develop and refine their skills within each category. My job responsibilities include: assisting in organizing records, managing databases, and preparing reports related to client and guest interactions, contribute to the development of marketing materials, engage in vendor outreach, helping to source new vendors and maintain consistent, positive communication with existing partners, participate actively in weekly team meetings, providing updates and contributing ideas. My main projects will focus around hosting the Recruitment Catering Showcase, working with sorority recruitment teams to help with their event planning, logistics and catering logistics.
