ABOUT ELLA FELICIANO
I am a Marketing and Event Operations Professional with hands-on experience across live events, sports, and community-driven initiatives. I am currently completing my Marketing degree with a minor in Entrepreneurship at Ball State University, graduating in May 2026, and I am actively pursuing full-time opportunities in marketing and event operations. One of the most defining experiences of my time at Ball State was serving as the 2025 Homecoming Parade Chair. Leading a large-scale campus tradition, from coordinating participants to overseeing logistics and day-of execution, reinforced my passion for building community through well-planned, meaningful events. I bring that same mindset to my roles with the Philanthropy Education Council and as Operations Director on the Miller College of Business Dean’s Student Advisory Council, where I support event logistics, planning, and initiatives that enhance the student experience.Alongside my campus leadership, I work in professional sports with the Indianapolis Colts and Pacers Sports and Entertainment. In these roles, I support event operations and fan engagement efforts while helping deliver high-energy, memorable experiences at games and community events. Working across two professional sports organizations has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.Across my academic, leadership, and professional experiences, I have developed strong skills in project management, stakeholder communication, and creative problem solving. My work has been recognized through several honors, including the Young Alumni Council Student Leadership Scholarship, the Robert E. Linson Award, the 2024 Homecoming Steering Committee Leadership Scholarship, and the 2025 Ball State Foundation and Alumni Association Student Engagement and Philanthropy Award. As I prepare to graduate, I am seeking a full-time role in marketing and event operations where strategy and execution come together to create experience-driven moments. I am especially drawn to positions that blend logistics, storytelling, and community impact; I am excited to continue growing as a professional who thrives behind the scenes while shaping memorable live experiences.
