I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management at Appalachian State University, along with an MBA. I have a strong interest in Human Resources and Organizational Development. I am actively seeking a Summer 2026 internship where I can apply my academic training in a practical, people-focused environment.I am deeply passionate about creating supportive, engaging workplaces where individuals feel valued throughout every stage of their employment journey, from applicant to employee and beyond. I am especially interested in contributing to HR initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and retention, and in helping organizations build cultures that people are proud to be part of and don’t want to leave.Prior to attending Appalachian State University, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minors in General Business and Information Technology. My academic background allows me to approach HR work with both a strong understanding of human behavior and a practical, business-oriented mindset.
