I’m passionate about creating a positive workplace culture through Employee Engagement and overseeing employee benefits, including keeping everyone updated on any changes or renewals.I’m committed to continuous learning and development, always staying on top of the latest HR trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table. I have participated in Careers Days at local schools, helping with mock interviews and CV writing workshops, and I’m currently exploring ways to establish a work experience program at MLL Telcom.
