About Ella Borgacci
I am a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration with a minor in Political Science. While at Penn State, I completed the Smeal College of Business Fundamentals Certificate and was deeply involved in campus life through my sorority, Phi Sigma Sigma. I served as Secretary and later as Chapter President, leading over 240 members and serving as the liaison between Penn State\'s Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Phi Sigma Sigma Headquarters. I am currently pursuing my Master of Health Administration at Rutgers University’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. My academic and leadership experiences have fueled a strong interest in healthcare systems and operational strategy. My long-term goal is to work in hospital operations, where I hope to contribute to improving the efficiency, quality, and accessibility of care.
