Dr. Benson is a focused, energetic higher education professional with experience in leadership, teaching, technology, program development, strategic planning, project management, partnership development and marketing. She has experience in a number of different educational delivery formats and has worked with learners of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels.Ella has worked with a many groups and organizations to address their training and professional development needs. She has developed credit bearing, continuing education and professional development courses and programs to address those needs and to build the capacity of the organizations. While many of these courses were in education and organizational development, Dr. Benson has also worked with government contracting businesses, unions and other entities.
