Line-manage an adviser, supervise and support volunteers, set QA standards, and refine workflows to improve timeliness and consistency. Build relationships with DWP, local authorities, clinics; produce trustee/funder reports with activity and impact data. Create accessible info packs, webinars and articles to explain benefit changes and clients’ rights. Achievements & results:99% representative success at tribunal (2024). secured in back payments (Jan–Dec 2024) and in annualised income increases; back payments (Mar–Dec 2023). Established hearings-tracking and QA controls to support timely progression and consistent case quality.
