Manages and oversees global full services projects and program leadership, developing delivery strategies in alignment to study specifics, contracts and clients expectations. Gaining an understanding of the overall Clinical Development Plan for the asset and how the project (s) fit within the client\'s development and corporate objectives.• Primary contact with clients: Understands, manages, satisfies client contractual, organizational and relationship needs/expectations. Communicates project metrics, status of deliverables and risks/issues with the associated management plan to clients and senior management. Chairs and leads client meetings. • Leads and directs cross-functional team leaders (FTL), manages third party vendors, develops and validates project plans. Guides and supports FTLs in prioritizing, trouble-shooting, mitigation and contingency planning. Delegates whilst retaining ownership. Communicates project specific priorities. Manages project teams, training, utilization and performance.• Manages project contractual deliverables: planning, mentors progress via metrics, ensures adherence to the contractual agreement (time, quality/scope, and cost deliverables). Produces Executive Project Reports.• Manages project finances. Owns projections and actuals of units/hours analysis. Proactively and timely identifies, negotiates and executes contract modifications, ensuring out of scope activities are approved upfront via a contract modifications. Leads presentation of financial reviews. • Ensures adherence to applicable regulations, SOPs, policies and guidelines at the project levels. Assumes project leadership in compliance to processes including escalation to relevant functional and operational management. • Participates in bid defenses. Mentors of project management team members or functional leads, as required. Manages clinical trials ph in Oncology, Hematology and Dermatology. 2 projects led to FDA approvals of the study drugs.
