I have over 15 years of experience in leading and managing complex projects, people, and processes across various industries and functions, from operations and development to marketing and customer service. I have a proven track record of delivering results, driving innovation, and transforming organizations. One of my recent successes was founding and launching ScholarshipAuditions.com, a revolutionary product that helps high school musicians attend college using their musical skills. I created the company\'s vision, led the development and launch of the beta product, and expanded the staff and scope of various departments. I am passionate about developing and empowering people, building and strengthening relationships, and bringing equity to the workplace and public service. I hold an MBA with concentrations in Business and Project Management, a BS in Computer Science, and multiple certifications, including CSM, ICBB, and Prosci.
