Mein Kopf ist voller Ideen, und ich liebe es, meine Kreativität zu nutzen, um Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen. Dabei setze ich auf offene, transparente und verlässliche Kommunikation sowohl mit Kunden als auch im Team und greife auf meine vielfältigen praktischen Erfahrungen im IT-Umfeld zurück.Ich bin sehr neugierig und habe ein großes Interesse an Technologie, Projekten und Menschen. Meine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und mein großes Empathievermögen helfen mir dabei, schnell und zielgerichtet Impulse für eine gelingende Zusammenarbeit zu setzen.Effizienz ist für mich ein wichtiger Aspekt und liegt mir gewissermaßen in der DNA. Ich arbeite beharrlich und gründlich, um bei Bedarf fokussiert auf den Grund der Dinge zu gehen, ohne mich in Details zu verlieren oder das Ziel aus den Augen zu verlieren.
