I’m an experienced Program Director and a builder at heart. I love turning complex ideas into strategies and programs that drive impact and growth. My career path isn’t a straight line; It has had twists and turns, but every step prepared me for the work I do today.I’ve done a lot of things: from inspecting telephone poles to working at the Pillsbury Company (yes, biscuits and the Doughboy!) to selling technical solutions in telecom and implementing innovative technology infrastructures. My early experiences shaped how I lead today: with curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to learning fast and delivering results.Now, I lead large-scale, high-visibility initiatives across biotech, R&D, and enterprise transformation, designing PMOs from the ground up, building and leading high-performing teams, and ensuring every project connects back to strategy and purpose. I thrive in environments where precision matters, whether managing clinical research studies, guiding gene therapy programs, or driving modernization efforts that reshape how organizations work.I take a big-picture view, analyze what needs to be done, and translate that into practical and actionable steps, processes, and tools that bring visions to life. Along the way, I’ve helped build a $40M Series B startup, supported the launch of a collaborative research center, championed ethical and responsible AI practices, and partnered with leaders across both emerging and global organizations to drive transformation.As a lifelong learner, I continuously explore new technologies and methodologies, using insights from machine learning and AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
