My main goals for my clients are to buy or sell their house at the best possible price, protect my clients interests, and save time for my clients.When selling a home, I offer a comprehensive market and comparable property analysis to determine the highest and most realistic price at which to list the property. I help people prepare their homes for sale using a suite of services designed to market the home in the most professional and distinguished manner. These services include professional photography, home staging, professional floor plans, a property website, a catered broker house, weekly public open houses, custom brochures, and advertising in an array of relevant and targeted offline and online media. I negotiate on behalf of my clients to achieve the highest possible sales price, and then work with the post-offer team including attorneys, city officials, contractors, etc. to usher the contract to a successful closing.When buying a home, I get a clear understanding of my client\'s home buying goals by going through an indepth Q&A to learn primary and secondary criteria. I then conduct property searches through MLS, the Compass internal network and through my personal network. Once a property is identified, I look beyond the MLS sheet to get a deep understanding of the house, its systems, the property and the neighborhood.
