ABOUT ELIZENDA JEAN-CLAUDE
I built my career in Human Resource Management by conviction - because people are the only asset an organization can\'t replicate. When teams feel valued, connected to purpose, and aligned with strategy they become the driving force of transformation. With 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, executive coaching and culture design, I help leaders decode the human side of business to create thriving, purpose-driven organizations. As a certified Design Thinking Expert and Facilitator, I bring human centered innovation to complex systems - aligning people, performance and purpose to achieve lasting change. By day I serve as a Senior HR leader, guiding enterprise transformations, culture evolution, and leadership development initiatives. Beyond my corporate work, it is purpose and a deep sense of responsibility that drive me to give back. I consider it my civic duty to help underrepresented social impact leaders thrive - using my experience in human centered design, organizational transformation, leadership coaching, facilitation and strategy planning to strengthen their missions, teams, and impact.I believe everyone should feel the responsibility to contribute their expertise for the collective good. For me, that means, during my personal time, helping visionary leaders from historically marginalized communities access the tools, mindsets, and systems thinking needed to lead sustainable change. My work includes creating an award winning awareness campaigns such as the podcast From Where We Stand: Conversations on Race and Mental Health, building funding partnerships and strategies for social good and facilitating strategic planning that align culture, mission and measurable impact. And serving on the Board of Foundation for Black Communities.I am passionate about uniting business, community and philanthropic investors to co-create systemic solutions that maximize both social and financial ROI. By fostering collaboration across sectors, I help design regenerative ecosystems that create shared value - transforming impact from aspiration into sustainable reality.
