As a Learning and Development Masters student originally from the USA who has lived in three countries, I have a global perspective and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from all over the globe.I am experienced in facilitating employee development, and skilled in leveraging learning management systems to support employees in training and skill development. I deeply value those who I work with and find that by working as a team it is possible to achieve together more than as an individual. I am a creative and dynamic worker who enjoys being challenged. I am fascinated by the most recent L and D and overall business trends and make a point to stay at the front of the curve in utilizing cutting end trends in my work. I also care deeply about social issues and diversity and inclusion. I do what I can to make the world a fairer and kinder place beginning with the spaces I occupy.
