About Elizabeth Garcia
As a first-generation Salvadoran-Honduran American, I am driven by a passion for empowering underrepresented and marginalized communities with the resources they need to succeed. I\'m Elizabeth Garcia, a rising junior at Emory University, majoring in Math and Computer Science with a minor in Business.Currently, I work with Georgia State Representative Marvin Lim at his nonprofit as a Program Management Intern. In this role, I focus on digital literacy, health, financial, and educational initiatives, aiming to uplift our historically diverse, majority immigrant, underserved, and under-resourced community. My work involves developing and leading projects that directly impact the lives of our community members.I am dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to the tools and knowledge they need for success.
