Currently serving as the Director of Reference & Public Services at the Margaret Herrick Library, also known as the Academy Library, part of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. In this role, I guide access to the Library’s research collections and services. My focus is on facilitating access and engagement by building an integrated, consistent, and inclusive user experience, and on managing a team comprised of reference librarians, public services staff, and digital imaging technicians. I hold an MLIS from the University of Maryland and have worked in a range of DC-area archives and special libraries with experience in curation, outreach, and program development. Since 2016, I\'ve been lucky enough to work in corporate and special libraries in Los Angeles focused on film.
