As part of my role, I lead the annual volunteer engagement strategy for PWW, focusing on recruitment, retention, and volunteer satisfaction. I facilitate quarterly Volunteer Ambassador Council meetings and corporate volunteer events, while overseeing onboarding and orientation for new volunteers and mentors in the 3 Cups of Coffee mentorship program. I manage volunteer data in the Sumac CRM and coordinate statewide advocacy campaigns, mobilizing volunteers for outreach and legislative engagement.I coach and support New Choices program sites to ensure consistent implementation, and I facilitate subcontractor meetings to share best practices and program insights. I also designed and launched a new interactive workshop,\"Mock It Till You Rock It\", to prepare participants for real-world interview experiences through engaging, skills-based practice sessions.Additionally, I lead logistics for annual statewide meetings, support new partner and pilot site development, and allocate participants across sites to ensure equity and program alignment. I work closely with the Director of Programs and the Finance team on contract preparation, reporting, and invoice review, all while building strong relationships with volunteers, mentors, and stakeholders to advance PWW’s mission and strategic goals.
