Over 26 years of professional military work in the Homeland Security arena covering all aspects of Law Enforcement, Fire Emergency Services and Security Operations, to include Physical Security Programs, Force Protection Plans, Operations Security (OPSEC), Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMs). Assessed command, unit and operational needs concerning Antiterrorism (AT), Force Protection (FP), Information Security (INFOSEC) while supervising over 200+ civilians. Supervised, planned, developed and presented Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) throughout a Brigade/ Corporate size organization while assigned as the S-2/S-3 NCOIC overseeing Personnel Security (PERSEC) and its multi echelon responsibilities. Managed a $12M budget overseeing training requirements, managed contracting of all projects and travel expenses to support department operations. Revamped military base law enforcement schedule and created efficiency for response time; saved over $20K in civilian overtime spent. Planned, organized, directed, and coordinated activities of functional specialists including contracting engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration/data management, test, and logistics.
