As the current Vice President of Membership for the Delta Zeta- Pi Theta Chapter, I oversee and am responsible for all recruitment initiatives both formal and informal. I help recruit and select potential new members in the spring and fall for the continuous open bidding process. I plan COB bid day activities and recruitment events as well. The main part of my role includes formal recruitment in January 2026 where I will plan all of the recruitment process from work week and ensuring our chapter succeeds in bringing in new members as well as helping throughout the selection process for around 20 new members.
