   Restructuring, formalizing, and implementing a brand new individual giving program raising over $1M in FY22,$1.2M in FY23,$1.3 in FY24, and over $1.4M in FY25, through incorporating peer to peer fundraisers, bequests, online donations, and end of year giving campaigns.Establishing Mission MSA\'s Corporate Partnership program that ended its first three fiscal years with over 200% growth in solidified partnerships from pharmaceutical, biotech, and disability service organizations.Creating and improving Salesforce functionality leading to Mission MSA’s adoption of Salesforce for donor and volunteer records; facilitating platform and data integrations with Classy, Mailchimp, Zapier, Tradewing, and Microsoft Outlook, as well as implementing data reporting via Salesforce.Managing a Fundraising Coordinator as well as Community Engagement and Marketing colleagues to distribute communications for fundraising campaigns, stewardship content for donors, and execute Corporate Partner promotional efforts.
