About Elizabeth Treese

I grew up in Northern California where I studied classical ballet through and post high school. I went on to graduate with a BFA in Dance from Southern Methodist University and I performed professionally with Milwaukee Ballet, San Jose Cleveland Ballet, and several contemporary companies in New York City. In 2006 I became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have worked at New York Sports Club as a Master Trainer, Equinox as a Tier X Health Coach and as a Group Fitness Instructor with Equinox, Exhale, Mood LifeClub and Epic Interval Training. In 2015 I gave birth to twins. A year later I opened my own training studio, Pillar Performance in Miami Florida. I have been featured locally on CBS Fit Friday, ‪Deco Drive‬ Healthy Habits and Top Line MD as a Pre/Postnatal exercise specialist. I created the Healthy Habits 6 week program for Mood LifeClub, which includes a nutrition plan and workouts. I also created the Pillar Performance Mobility vs. Stability 8 hour workshop and PP Kid’s Obstacle Course Race. I created and taught Mommy and Me classes for Exhale. And I started a fundraiser event called Trainer Showdown for a Cause to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. My continued education includes: StrongFirst SFG & SFB, Precision Nutrition, Functional Movement Screening, EXOS Mentorship, Pre/post Natal, TRX, Animal Flow, Exhale Barre.
