ABOUT LIZZIE CROMPTON

Hi I’m Lizzie! I help teams build great products and services. Here’s a bit about me…I have extensive experience of delivering large-scale digital products and services to the Government Digital Service standard, taking products through the agile life-cycle and successfully delivering user-facing essential government services that pass GDS assessments. ‍I am a qualified APMG Practitioner, and have years worth of experience in working on Agile projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using a range of agile tools and delivery techniques. I am a strong leader, who believes in empowering my team, ensuring that every individual feels able to bring their skills and ideas to the table to ensure that we deliver the best outcome for our users whilst also feeling excited to be working as part of the team. I am also experienced in Marketing, holding a CIM Professional Certificate, and with experience working in marketing roles covering B2B and B2C. I have created bespoke content for government, and taken social media sites and websites to awards nominations under my management. I have driven forward change, including the introduction of innovative technologies and content at the time, such as chat bots and live stream Q & As. I have also I believe in equality and lifting each other up, and I am a strong supporter of female empowerment.
